Program Details
Our School Office Clerk Certificate Program is offered part-time, in the evenings, with three intakes each year. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm-9pm at Queen Elizabeth Continuing Education Centre located at 9457 King George Blvd., Surrey, BC.
We offer Winter and Fall intake (depending upon enrollment). All instruction is provided in person, with 2 full weeks of arranged practicum within a Surrey School office. Please note that the 2 weeks of practicum takes place during school hours, Monday to Friday.
This program requires full attendance, however, if you have a required medical appointment, are sick or have another necessary obligation, please speak with your instructor beforehand. Other frequently asked questions about the program can be found at the bottom of the entrance requirements page.
UPDATED: The upcoming cohort for fall 2024 will begin on October 15th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024, and January 6-23, 2025. Practicum dates will be confirmed shortly. We will accept applications for the fall cohort in May 2024.
UPDATED: In 2025 we will run the program from February 3-March 13 and March 31 - May 8 2025, including two weeks of spring break, and two weeks of practicum - dates to be confirmed. We will open admissions for this cohort in August 2025.
